4. Pricing and Payment

5. Delivery of Digital Content

Access to video-on-demand courses is provided immediately after successful payment.
By purchasing digital content, you expressly agree to receive immediate access and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived.


6. Live 1:1 Lessons

Live sessions must be scheduled in advance through our booking system.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson.
If you cancel later than this period or do not attend, the session is considered completed and no refund will be given.


7. Delivery of Physical Products

Physical items (such as books or materials) will be shipped to the address provided during checkout.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination.
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal services or customs.


8. Right of Withdrawal (Refund Policy)

Digital Content:

As stated in Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, there is no withdrawal right once digital content has been made accessible, provided you have given your explicit consent to immediate access.

Live Lessons:

You may withdraw within 14 days of purchase unless the service has already been provided or started with your consent.

Physical Products:

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to withdraw without giving any reason.

Returned items must be in original condition and packaging. Shipping costs for returns are at your expense.
